Technical surveys and monitoring stands for a series of operations, in flight and on the ground, which can provide technical / scientific results that have the purpose of optimizing decision-making and economic processes; in particular:

The use of professional UAS is taking on a strategic importance in civil use to monitor and detect the status of plants (in particular in the energy and industrial sector) and to guarantee constant monitoring of the area from a complete view such as air.

Thanks to the use of the latest generation payloads in the field of visible, thermal and multi / hyperspectral, it is possible to obtain multiple datasets with significant advantages compared to traditional methods used in aerial photogrammetric survey and in general "from air". This allows: rapidity and repetitiveness over time of the survey, no risk for people / things during the operation, no interruption of site / construction activities, absolute georeferenced precision guaranteed by GPS RTK systems, objective data with digitized support with rendering software Certified 3D and technical reporting, high optical quality sensors (digital zoom, ad hoc sensors) with centimeter precision, reduced overall costs and maximum effectiveness in terms of time / benefit.

The flight activity of our drones, combined with the professionalism of our ground technicians, returns a series of data that allow us to create products and solutions of the highest quality in many business areas, including: photovoltaic, wind, industrial, civil, architectural and restoration, environmental, insurance and security.

Eg: Thanks to the photogrammetric techniques and the 3D reconstruction, it is possible to digitally reconstruct the area or the surface, allowing for punctual and geo-referenced measurements; in the field of photovoltaic panels it is possible to know the actual state of the plant in order to guarantee maximum efficiency and identify the individual damaged panels, with centimetric precision and with a detailed maintenance report.

The choice to use UAS to obtain technical data is a standard in the industrial and many other sectors. The pace of development of hardware and software dedicated to technical survey is exponential and drones are now a reality that accompanies a company in the strategic choices of every day.

Precision agriculture

The use of aerial vehicles in the agricultural treatment sector, for example the distribution of organic products (liquids and solids) in support of agriculture is now a technique that is current and ideal to avoid damage to crops and to have reduced timing. Accuracy and speed are considerably better than those of traditional techniques because they are able to optimize the treatment according to the needs of the single crop or plantation, even of small dimensions.

FTO REMOTEFLY has vast experience both in the field of topographic and multispectral surveys in the agricultural sector but also in the anti-parasite treatment (eg “tricogramma” spreading or Anti-mosquito spray) on a large scale. These services are aimed at farms, grower cooperatives, contractors, agronomists or specialized technicians in order to improve and monitor the detail (with centimetric precision) of crop management and to make fertilization, seeding and treatment methods automated.
